There are Standard (UPS Ground) and Express shipping methods available. The price is calculated and displayed at checkout and it depends on the package weight and distance.

Standard shipping is free for orders of $150 and above.

The delivery date is calculated and displayed at checkout. There are standard (1-4 business days) and Express (2 business days) shipping methods available. 

Orders placed between Monday to Friday before 2:00pm Eastern Time (New York) are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following Monday.

Please also note that carriers may experience logistical disruptions which may cause delays for all shipping methods,  and given delivery timeframes are always an estimate but not a guarantee.

Tracking information is available for registered users who create an account before completing an order. You can find tracking link under Dashboard -> Orders. You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days from when your order ships. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost which will not be refunded. A restocking fee of 20% of the value of the items will be deducted from the refund. We do not allow exchanges, a new order must be placed for a replacement after a return.
