• Zone 3: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin: Standard free for $200+, otherwise $8.99. 2-days Air for $19.99.

Orders placed between Tuesday and Saturday before 1:00pm Eastern Time (New York) are shipped the same day. Orders placed on Sunday and Monday are shipped on the following Tuesday.

Please note that shipping is estimated in business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Please also note that carriers may experience logistical disruptions which may cause delays for all shipping methods,  and given delivery timeframes are always an estimate but not a guarantee.

Standard shipping takes:

• Zone 1: Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont: 1-2 business days
• Zone 2: Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia: 2-3 business days
• Zone 3: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin: 3-5 business days
• Zone 4: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming: 4-6 business days

Zones 3 and 4 have 3-days Express and 2-days Air shipping methods available at checkout for an extra fee.

If you’re on the West coast, you may want to select our California warehouse instead.

Tracking information is available for registered users who create an account before completing an order. You can find tracking link under Dashboard -> Orders. You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days from when your order ships. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost which will not be refunded. A restocking fee of 20% of the value of the items will be deducted from the refund. We do not allow exchanges, a new order must be placed for a replacement after a return.
